Membership in Altrusa is a great way to become involved in your community and to make new friends. It is an opportunity to meet people with the same desire to work together to help others. Everyone has something to offer. Altrusa International of Denton Texas is a growing club seeking new members with a diverse range of talents and skills.

Our members are professional women and men with busy schedules who meet monthly for friendship and volunteerism. Our activities focus on promoting literacy for children and adults in our community. We also entertain a variety of other projects including district and international endeavors. We provide leadership opportunities and support our younger members stepping into leadership roles. In Altrusa, we embrace “Do What You Can, When You Can!”
